Does anyone go from Cocoa beach to the retreat? and like an extra passenger or share shuttlecosts?

Or have information about busses from the Cocoa beach and up?

SHUTTLE INFORMATION UPDATE:
Mears Transportation has a shared shuttle service that runs around the clock.  You can make your reservations right at the airport when you arrive.  They are located one level below the baggage claim area.  As mentioned in Kim Kreutzer’s message, OneWay Service is $21 and Roundtrip $34 to either event hotel.

Miriam, (Delray Beach) we are leaving Friday at 8:30 am for the Illumination Portion @12p - 3pm and will be leaving that same day since I have a Lifeclass to give the next day! So we could get your there but you have to seek a ride back or take the train!

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Hi all.  Just thought I’d share my research regarding shuttle service from airport to hotel(s).  I found Mears Transportation to be the least expensive option I could find ($34 round trip / $21 one way - for MCO airport to Hilton Bonnet Creek). 

This is a shared shuttle ... the kind that has several drop-offs, so there’s a trade-off for the cheaper price.

Looking to share Shuttle Service with anyone.  Shuttles will ONLY take 3 or more persons, otherwise you have to take a taxi which is $68 each way.

Does anyone know of a pet friendly hotel near the gathering?

I will be attending the event booking thru Moira Dana.  I have several friends in Rhode Island interested.  Do you have a email flyer that highlights the event that I could forward to them?  I have had some trouble linking into the event on your website.  thank you, I met Panache at Omega in NY in July.
