Event Begins Friday Evening, November 11 at 6:30 PM, and continues Saturday, November 12 from 8 am to 10 pm and continues through Sunday, November 13 from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Additionally at the time you register and purchase, you may also receive a companion admission for $99.

- Make Flight Arrangements into Orlando International Airport.
- Make Shuttle Arrangements to and from the Airport to the Hotel
- Make Roommate Inquiries on the Florida Gathering Bulletin Board
- Make Hotel Reservations BEFORE OCTOBER 21 to secure the Room Block Rate
- Register for the Pre-Event Illumination Program
On Friday, November 11, event check-in begins at 4:30 pm and the Gathering begins promptly at 6:30. The weekend closes on Sunday, November 13 at 4:30pm. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.
