Listening to your Heart in the Midst of Chaos

The holidays are here in full force, less evident by the calendar, increasingly so as measured by the unrelenting number of Christmas commercials that run continuously between segments of my favorite television shows. The pressure is on to run out and purchase the perfect expression of ones undying gratitude to family, friends, co-workers, (and the list goes on…) It’s this kind of external pressure coupled with one’s internal ideas about how perfect the holidays “should look” that turn good, rational people into paranoid, crazy maniacs. Have You Got the Time?

Time has an amazing way of naturally bringing all things into harmony.

Everyone has come into my life for an amazing reason… even though in the moment I may not be able to recognize why.  The universe has a way of revealing the most amazing things. Happy Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving, a day that always arrives wrapped around tradition and family, is very different for me this year.  And just ask Panache, I don’t do well with different.

For the first time in 17 years, my son is off celebrating this family holiday on the other side of the country with his sister and a beautiful three-month old niece, Sephira.  If he has to be anywhere other than within the warmth of my figurative arms on one of the “biggest” holidays of the year, I am ecstatic that his sister wants him with her and her family so…

Ascension Symptoms

To those of you who attended the Florida Gathering in Orlando, you are now in the final process of integration. You are energetically being upgraded and have been undergoing your 1 billion-year scheduled maintenance and Shakti change. For some of you let’s face it… it is a few million years overdue.
