Death is a Dance into Immortality

Last Tuesday, our 18-month-old Cavalier King Charles puppy was hit by a car and died instantly. Sir Galahad’s death prompted each family member to examine what we could have done to prevent this tragic incident. The orchestration of events leading up to his sudden death made it clear that this was an act of the divine. On one level we were all able to accept this. On another, his transition from sweet, adorable physical form to non-physical left each one of us filled with deep grief.
