The more accelerations I conduct, the more I see that the greatest obstacle to your growth is not the existence of pain but your categorical unwillingness to feel it.

I do not go out of my way to find information. Along my path, from time to time, certain books and writings make themselves known to me.

As the evolution of America continues I find myself increasingly intrigued by the writings of a 33 degree Mason named Manly P. Hall.

An Evening of Kirtan

Chanting on Wednesday night in Delray Beach was so much fun! Sharing with you in this way was a real treat.

Chanting is not about having a beautiful voice or even singing in the right key. It is about expressing your love freely and fully without restraint. A profound thank you to Jeff Dean, our talented drummer,  who helped ensure the chants soared to ecstatic heights. We rocked out.

Our Essential Ecstatic Nature
