Love Challenge: Day 1
Within hours of introducing the Love and Acceptance Challenge, I was on my way to a small thank you dinner in Cincinnati with local organizers. After our meal, Alex, the restaurant owner who had paid unusually gracious attention to us throughout the evening, joined us
for a drink. He began to share his story. Amazingly it was one of his simply learning to love and accept life.
Alex’s favorite practice is to share all of his abundant blessings with people in need. He wakes up grateful and sleeps peacefully living each day with an open heart.

Love Everything As It Is - A 21 Day Challenge
I love quiet time. Uninterrupted moments, contemplative space and the luxury of time to connect to source, nature, and the energy that always surrounds each one of us. I am currently on a 19-day Midwest tour, away from the office, ringing telephones, answering e-mails and the typical interruptions of daily life. It is amazing what comes through when you allow yourself the gift of connection.

The Blind Side: The Unexpected Power of Love and Kindness
As we move into higher and higher levels of Ascension, I would like to ask you an interesting question. What is it that truly makes a difference in the lives of others? Is it being divinely gifted? Or is it simply loving those who show up in our lives?
This past weekend my family was touched by a remarkable and inspiring movie. The Blind Side beautifully illustrates how miraculously life transforms with one family’s willingness to step outside the accepted boundaries of what life “should look like,” to a place of unexpected joy, growth and transformation…

Take Time to Smell the Flowers

With the arrival of Easter we herald the beginning of spring, a blessed time of renewal, rebirth and resurrection. As shoots push up from the thawing ground, buds burst forth from naked tree branches and the chilly temperatures give way to warm sun and fragrant breezes, I am awakened from my own winter reverie to see with fresh eyes the blessings in my own life.
