Listening to your Heart in the Midst of Chaos

The holidays are here in full force, less evident by the calendar, increasingly so as measured by the unrelenting number of Christmas commercials that run continuously between segments of my favorite television shows. The pressure is on to run out and purchase the perfect expression of ones undying gratitude to family, friends, co-workers, (and the list goes on…) It’s this kind of external pressure coupled with one’s internal ideas about how perfect the holidays “should look” that turn good, rational people into paranoid, crazy maniacs. Suddenly, everyone jumps on a hamster wheel of frenetic activity, madly rushing to get everything accomplished in time for their celebration.
As I shared in Sunday’s session in Naples, as conscious beings we can choose to opt out of the madness. This holiday season remain connected to your heart. The greatest gift you can give this holiday season is the gift of yourself. Simply put the most magical and authentic expression of this gesture is to share your love and time with others.
As you go about your daily activities, make a conscious effort to share your light. Take time to really connect with those who are dear. Pick up the phone and have a real conversation. Step away from the computer and actually write a real note of love and gratitude. Make the time to stop and have tea with a friend. Take time to listen to someone who has no one to share with. Bring a home-cooked meal to someone whose life is out of control and doesn’t have the time to enjoy these simple pleasures. Offer to watch a friend’s children so that he or she may have a few uninterrupted hours completley to themselves.
Go above and beyond that which you would normally do. Extend your love and time to those in need. There is no greater satisfaction than helping a stranger. There are so many who have had a year of tremendous upheaval and your gift of kindness is amplified during these stressful times.
These are just a few suggestions. The possibilities are endless and the memories of these heartfelt moments will last long after the holidays have passed.
The more you share your love and joy the more you increase your capacity to receive. Become an abode of peace during this blessed time. Allow your love to radiate to all that you meet. Be that place of peace and laughter for yourself and others.
Connect with your heart…
Please take a moment and share your expression of love and light this season as well as the feelings it created within you. Your willingness to share with me may gift someone else with the perfect inspiration.

I had lunch with a friend in Ashland that I hadn’t seen in a while. When the waitress asked us if we needed anything, I looked into her eyes and saw loneliness so I said yes. I need a hug. She responded with a bear hug and I held her, too. During the lunch, I found myself interacting with several of the people around us in a natural way. My friend said that it was wonderful to see me so open. I just smiled. I am discovering that there is so much love surrounding us wanting to be expressed and seen if only someone will ask. Thank you for opening that door for me, Panache.

Thank you so much for this post. So many times, I get caught up in the rush and stress of my life and then the holidays. Thank you for reminding me, my being present is far more heart felt than what money can buy. In the past, I allowed myself to get pulled in so many directions, I did not take the time to be present with those whom I love. Those who live hours away and minutes away, I seem to have in the past allowed, less and less time to be with them. Thank you for bringing the importance of my being present, back to my attention. Much love to you, Panache, Jan and all others who made it possible for myself and others to experience the Divine’s grace and unconditional love. Thank you for reminding us life is divine and so are we.

This is so beautiful…... a real heartfelt message. Last week I was told that I have a blood clot. It is near my heart. I have been really angry at the doctors for taking so long to diagnose it. I have had a lot of pain and physical problems for many months. Recently, when I sat down to listen to Panache CD’S from the Florida Global Gathering, I felt tremendous peace. The message I heard over and over is “You are Divine, every part of you is divine, nothing is broken, nothing needs to be fixed, it is all divine. I truly felt that the blood clot and other things that are wrong in my body are divine. With this realization, I radiated divine love to everyone around the world, focusing on certain groups of people such as homeless, women or people who are oppressed, have economic needs, etc. and I encompassed the entire planet in a huge hug. My heart expanded as I shared the love that I received and the love was overwhelming.

Several weeks ago I got clear I was NOT going to ge t into the hamster cage and feel obligated to do the
Hallmark Christmas card Christmas, never was very good at that anyway… so I informed both my now grown sons that I didn’t want to exchange gifts this year, and I feel so freed up to experience a Christmas like you describe Panache in this blog!!

As I have driven around my town, .. so few are decorating their homes. The spirit and tradition seem to be less and less, .. but Christmas will always stay in our hearts.
.. For me, it is the people within our communities who share their goodness, even in trying times.
.. As our schedules become more hectic, .. it seems like there is not as much time for doing the things we once loved doing this time of year, .. but, .. I am reminded that we can not give up and walk away from the true meaning of Christmas, and that which we share with our family and friends.
..We are all children at heart, .. and there is a miracle for all of us, through Christmas and all year round.
In my desire to continue in the tradition of Christmas this year, I went looking for a tree, despite my budget. I was saddened by the lack of trees and holiday cheer, but I did not let this break my spirit.
.. I came upon a tree lot astounded by the prices (due to economy). I was ready to go home, and as I walked away, the man on the lot said, .. “you know, .. I have this tree.. the spine is crooked, .. so I’ll give it to you at a good price.”
.. Mind you, .. there wasn’t a bend to be found within the spine of the tree. The man put the tree in my car. All I could think and feel was the kindness, and compassion, ..not to mention altruism within this man, .. to share the spirit and joy of Christmas, which felt like a miracle and divine grace.

I am discovering that within the chaos is great joy! Let me explain. When I see others frenetically running around, stalling out, standing in the middle of the aisle as though they forgot what they were doing, I look them in the eyes and smile a gentle smile. I see a light begin in their heart to glow softly, gently. On the road is my greatest challenge, commuting in Atlanta traffic to work and back. When I can get in the flow before I begin, I am able to love my car and the cars around me. Gifts of joy, love, smiles, hugs - these are the precious gifts. This year when my daughter asked what I wanted for Christmas/Yule I asked for more family time. As I get older, family becomes more and more precious. I live alone and work in a very isolated office, so I love seeing folks face to face. Right after I asked my daughter for more family time, my best friends, who moved to the mountains a few years ago, asked me to start having dinner with them on Thursday evening each week. More family time came without waiting for the holidays. I believe it is also very important to be good to yourself and not judge your thoughts and feelings and slipping into chaos as bad. It is just part of the flow. Each day I remind my self to remember that the Divine flows through my life and all I have to do is follow that flow.
Blessings and holyday greatings to all of you. We are so loved!!!! Em

I’ve already started work on New Orleans, hope that’s ok.
-and D.C., and South America, and Brittain, and Canada and Mexico, and Latin America - a bit of Western Europe. On Sunday there was a lot of Middle East and Africa going on. Trying not to get to where I need another roto-rooting.
Thank you again.
I decided I’m going to have to get cable now. I’ve avoided watching the news for quite a while because of all the negativity and how I thought that would impact me. Now I need to know where to send the energies so I’m going to get caught back up with the world.
In the Oneness Movement they talk about going through 4 stages. First you’re just concerned with helping only yourself. Then you become concerned with helping your family, friends and immediate environment. The third phase is you start to include larger causes, things beyond your own immediate environment, you keep giving, giving, giving there until finally, the fourth stage, you dissolve into enlightenment. I think I finally got my toes in the water of the 3rd stage just last night!
I fell asleep shooting heart love darts at Barrack Obama.
It was pretty cool. Then I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. Did I say thank you yet? If not, thank you.

Thank the Universe for chaos. For without chaos there could be no growth. There could be no change.
I had the pleasure of first meeting Panache on 8/5/09 at the Duncan Center in Delray Beach and since then my life was literally turned upside down.
I have made several career changes in my life. And three years ago by “accident” I ended up a banker. On 12/4/09 after the bank closed, the FDIC shut us down. Thirty seconds later they announced that we were officially part of a new bank. Our bank “star” rating went from 0 to 4 in less than a minute. Nothing like a bank failure to bring about out the fear in people. Even though the bank is now so much more solid and stable than it has been for years; customers and even employees are running around like the sky is falling. I have been given the honor to fearlessly bring Divine Love into the equation to bring about a peaceful transition.
Civilization is being shaken to its very core. As many of the established institutions that many believed were infallible no longer serve humanity; they are crumbling. Embrace the change for the New Earth is rising right before your eyes. What an exciting time to be alive. The best is yet to come. The only True Security can be found within the SELF surrounded by the Love of the Divine. And wherever you find yourself in your life situation is the perfect place to express the Love of the Divine.
Greetings to my Soul Family.
See Yawl in N’ Orlans.
DIVINE LOVE ROCKS.
BECOME THE ROCK.

The Divine has so eloquently placed you in a position in your life; as you are the one best suited to orchestrate the changes to bring about the flow of Divine Love into the lives of those around you through your resonance to the Divine.
