The Desai Boys are in the Building

No Simon, not everyone who’s Indian works for Microsoft or in a call center. We have successfully cornered the market in franchise stores and hotel chains as well as now being some of the best accountants, attorneys and doctors in the world. For centuries we have also pretty much had a monopoly on matters relating to the soul.
With the growing success of Slumdog Millionaire I predict that Bollywood will launch a complete takeover of Hollywood introducing a mandatory three-hour film length. As well, we will begin to see that at pivotal plot moments, actors and actresses will spontaneously burst into song and dance numbers of epic proportions.

For all of you spiritual American Idol fans, Anoop Desai continues his journey tonight and although I am not directly related to him I am secretly sending him some of this Desai’s magic to help him through the competition.
All the best ‘Noop Dog’ and may you continue to make the most of your journey brother.
Love and Light,
‘P Dog’ Desai

I may need to start watching American Idol because I’m really out of this loop!
I support anything “Desai” - they’ve got great food!

Yes, more and more movies with “message” and depth… like Slumdog Millionaire.
Thank You Anoop Desai and Panache Desai for all your work!
Is it Dog, or Dawg?

Sadly Noop dog didn’t make it into the top twelve, but I think he is still a strong wildcard shot. I’m still holding out for a strong Desai dog come-back.
I am on tour but managed to watch the Oscars on Sunday. I was happy to see Slum Dog do so well. I loved the crews acceptance speeches and in particular A R Rahman’s acceptance for best song. “Life is about a choice between fear and love,” he said. Choosing love brought him an Oscar win.
Love you guys and thanks for the comments.

Jan and I jumped for joy last night when the final wild card place went to Anoop Desai. I will be watching tonight to see if he sings his way into the final 12. Go Noop Dawg!
