The Six Minute Reminder

post image

As I write this an astronomical phenomenon is occurring. In the Gulf of Khambhat on the coast of India, the sun is rising in a total eclipse. The eclipse will last as long as 6 minutes and 39 seconds, making it the longest solar eclipse of the 21st Century.

Know that this prolonged darkness is simply masking the light beneath it. In life when circumstances may appear overwhelmingly dark, know that the light is always present even in the bleakest of moments. The remembrance of the light illuminates the path ahead and allows the support that you need to come from within.

Never be afraid of the dark…

Since I have met you and Jan, I feel that darkness no longer holds the same fear for me.  Now it is just intrigue, curiosity, a trusted rollar-coaster ride surrounded by love in and out of the light ... but always with the promise of the light returning.  I miss you guys.  You are in my hearts every day and along on my carpet ride:)

I was having some feelings of despair & frustration so thank you for the reminder that the light is always present.  Love you!
