The Way of the Heart
Our second Global Gathering in Minneapolis, Minnesota laid the foundation for the next phase of your journey. You are here to be an ambassador of LOVE. Everyone I am connected to on a soul level is here to share LOVE in its fullest form. In order to be an emissary for love, everything that is not love must come up and be washed away. Each one of you has experienced your fair share of abandonment, betrayal, abuse and pain. Each emotion-laden and physically raw experience has been a necessary part of growing into your highest light.
Open your heart fully and allow the Divine to radiate its power through you. Past experiences need no longer limit your capacity to love. It’s time to sweep your heart clean.
To support you I am including a heart activation. As you read it know that I will send you the light and support that you need. As you sit in contemplation allow the light to come into your heart and expand it to its fullest potential.
Close your eyes.
Take some long, deep cleansing breaths.
Allow your body to relax.
Open your palms. And from this space let us begin.
Through the power of the Divine
I invite the Christ Light into my heart.
I ask that my heart center be cleansed completely
and that my heart be opened fully.
May the Divine radiate its love through my heart.
I allow my heart to expand knowing that I am protected and blessed
and that no harm can ever come to me.
I acknowledge that it is my destiny to share a LOVE that humanity once knew but now has forgotten
Through the grace of the Divine may I and all of those that I meet experience their highest light and love.
So be it.
I AM always with you and I AM THAT I AM.

I had an amazing experience this morning. I did what you suggested, let my heart open and be filled with the Divine Love, let the energy completely take me…. no holding back… The Love I felt is beyond words… something shifted (again)... what a difference from where I was yesterday…
I AM THAT I AM and I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL…

I experienced a tremendous infilling and expansion. The light encompassed my heart and body, and for a brief moment, filled the room. The cleansing and clearing provided some much needed clarity and relaxation of mind and spirit, and an opening up to peace and Divine Love. Thanks so much for this meditation.
