What’s At the Foundation of the Shifts, Changes and Upheavals Right Now?

We are living through a maelstrom of vibrational activity unlike any that has ever occurred – one that is catapulting you to the center of your true authentic being. 11/1/11 marked the opening of a higher vibrational doorway to this planet that will forever shift your experience of yourself and your life.

Eight days ago, something magnificent began to occur when a vibrational influx of energies began to saturate this planet. Just like being caught in front of a damn that is cracking under the sheer pressure of the water it contains, the earth is being flooded by these higher vibrational energies of love and light. Like it or not, the wash of energy is carrying everything into unity consciousness. This translates into BIG changes for everyone! The shifts that are going to result from this much-anticipated event will be life-altering, and I am here to support you as you face the many changes ahead.

These powerful energies may already be impacting different areas of your life and creating what appears to be turmoil and chaos. Are you easily moved to tears?... frightened for no apparent reason?… suffering from sleepless nights?… or exploding with anger at the drop of a hat? Do you feel forced into changes within your life that you had no plan on facing now… or ever? Perhaps you are simply too overwhelmed to even label what is going on?

On a physical level many may be experiencing increased neural activity as though you can tangibly feel different parts of your brain kicking into gear. And then there is your heart… your beautiful heart. Many are experiencing an incredible opening within. These physical shifts may, on the surface, be very disconcerting; however they are an important part of your vibrational expansion.

Don't panic! The most grace-filled way to move through all of these shifts and changes is to surrender to what is. Trust that in this moment, everything that is arising in your experience is showing up to bring you into greater levels of harmony, deeper levels of love and more expanded degrees of light.
