How do I register for a Webcast?
Registration for a webcast requires that you are enrolled in membership. Click here for member registration. If you are a member, log in to PanacheDesai.com and shop for the webcast(s) that fits your schedule. Click here to search for scheduled webcasts. Select the webcasts that you’d like and proceed to checkout.

How do I confirm my purchase and payment?
Immediately following your purchase you will receive separate order confirmation and payment emails. We strongly suggest that you confirm your purchases have been added to your account by checking MyAccount/MyWebcast.

What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation of payment?
If you do not receive confirmation of payment then most likely your payment was not completed and the webcast item and link will not be reflected in your account. Please attempt registration and payment again.

What if My Webcast account doesn’t show my purchase?
If you have received both order and payment conformation emails, your account should reflect the purchase. If your account does not reflect the purchase please email info@panachedesai.com.

How do I view a Webcast?

Login and go to My Account /My Webcasts.

Locate the current webcast in UPCOMING WEBCASTS

Click on the VIEW link (no sooner than 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the webcast)

What if the link to the Webcast is not displayed in my account?
Most likely your payment was not completed. If you did not receive an order and payment confirmation, register again.

Can I view Panache’s webcasts on my iPhone/iPad?
Adobe Flash player is required to view the live stream video for Panache’s webcasts. If your device does not support Flash, you will not be able to view the streaming video.

What is the basic internet connection required to view the webcast?
A basic broadband connection is recommended. This will include DSL or Cable modem service with a minimum of 600Kbit download speed.

Can I replay the Webcast?
Panache’s live webcasts cannot be replayed. Archives of the webcasts will be available soon.
