21 Apr Finding the Blessing
Today is so perfect. Many of you have been able to find a blessing in what is unfolding. Has it been challenging? Of course. Has it pushed you beyond your comfort zone? Yes, it has. It’s important to remember that we are actually going to make it through this and find our freedom on the other side.
Today is so perfect. Let’s get to a place where we recognize the blessing of life, knowing how fortunate we are to have this continuation of an individualized expression we call our life. I often wonder what happens when we end as a form. I understand we leave our bodies and merge with the Infinite, and go back to this incredible ocean of energy where we came from, but I often wonder what happens to reality. I find myself asking does it end when I end? Is it only happening because I am here to observe it? It’s really fascinating to me because the more science observes reality, and inquires about the nature of life, the more they are beginning to realize that life is as it is observed.
If we are willing to observe life through the eyes of love, then it becomes heaven on earth. When we are willing to observe it peacefully, it becomes peaceful. This past year of navigating through the pandemic and Covid, we have become less reactive. And, in becoming less reactive, we have been able to observe reality consciously.
Instead of looking at the world through the lens of your pain, where you seek evidence of pain everywhere, realize you are the source of that experience and you can relinquish it. You’re able to see reality through a more universal and expanded lens. By observing reality with absolute clarity everything dissolves into golden light.
Resting in the awareness of your breath transforms your life into a living meditation.
