22 Jul Wakeup to the Fullness of Who You Are

We are all navigating our way through this unprecedented moment in human history with love in our hearts, knowing all that we need will be provided, knowing that we are connected, knowing that we are aligned, knowing that we are a divine being who is awakening to our divine potential.  

Everything is God. Everyone is God. There is nothing that exists in this world that is not God. It’s time to wake up to the fullness of who we are and to live in that. Once we break free from that fear-based egoic shell that we believe we need to defend our powerless and hopeless parts, we awaken to the being that we are, to the light that we are, to the luminous presence that we are. In that awakening, we transform our life into one that is filled with light. 

This is the power that you have. This is the opportunity that you have in this moment. 

Transformation happens at the level of emotion. Emotion informs the mind. The mind informs the body, and then the body informs our reality. When you embody love, everything begins to mirror your inner state and becomes a reflection of the love you are.

Rest in the awareness of your breath and allow yourself to become present though observing each inhalation and exhalation. Allow yourself to connect.
